It was a busy month in March for Vancouver GAA, with the beginning of the Vancouver GAA Spring league, The Annual St.Patricks day Tournament and an opportunity to meet the Tánaiste, Micheál Martin at Irelands National Reception on the week of St. Patricks day.

In the last few years, the GAA community here in BC has grown exponentially. The Vancouver GAA board and club leaders met with the Tánaiste to represent their clubs and to discuss the development of GAA in BC. We also got a chance to present him with a Vancouver GAA jersey.

We would to thank the Consulate General of Ireland in Vancouver for organising this event and for arranging the opportunity to meet with the Tánaiste.
